Hi, I’m Iara — a wedding photographer based in Orlando, Florida, though my work often takes me far beyond that. I’ve always been a creative at heart. I grew up painting and drawing, and I was that kid who turned every family trip or event into a video montage using Microsoft Movie Maker and a stack of videos and photos from my parents’ camcorders and film cameras.
Photography became a natural extension of that — a way to preserve feeling, not just visuals. Weddings, in particular, pulled me in. There’s something magnetic about the joy felt on a wedding day. I never get tired of seeing people fully present in love, surrounded by everyone who matters most. Editing each gallery feels like reliving the day — the energy, the emotion, the quiet in-between moments.
My approach is calm, intuitive, and hands-off. I don’t believe in forcing anything — not poses, not conversations, not connections. If we’re a good fit, you’ll feel it. I keep things simple and respectful of your space, while still deeply invested in telling your story honestly and artfully.
Visually, I lean into soft, true-to-life color with a subtle nod to film — blending editorial, fine art, and traditional wedding photography with a candid edge. I like clean lines, thoughtful framing, and photos that age with grace.
